Challenge
Doylestown Health, in association with Anchor Heath Properties, sought to expand their state-of-the-art outpatient care platform on the Hospital’s campus.
Solution
Array was engaged to design a new Medical Office Building / Ambulatory Surgery Center. In order to provide additional improved functionality and patient access / experience, the design plans for associated rehab therapy spaces to be relocated to the new MOB from the main hospital.
Result
The facility is located at the front of the campus, allowing for better patient accessibility and a more centralized location of the services provided. The building was named a finalist in the 2019 HREI Insights Awards for the Best New Medical Office Building and Other Outpatient Facilities.
