Array is thrilled to have Oriana Beaudet, DNP, RN, join us to lead Transformation Services. While never losing sight of her career aspirations and larger goals of driving healthcare transformation, Oriana pursued a career that took her from the emergency medicine and critical care to hospital leadership.
Oriana received her doctorate in healthcare leadership, innovation, and design, which included the exploration of traditional/entrepreneurial care and business models. Her scholarly work focuses on the application of innovation to shift the practices of healthcare providers, care delivery, and organizational culture. Using her strong focus on innovation in the healthcare industry and strategic work in operations, she launched her own business, working with hospitals, health systems and executives, engineering firms, businesses, startups and individuals across the United States. “By actualizing the ingenuity, creativity, and potential within every team member and interdisciplinary partner, I believe we can transform healthcare,” noted Oriana. “My passion is creating deeply innovative solutions and environments.”
To further their offering of comprehensive solutions, Kristy Venrick joined Array’s Columbus, OH office as a Senior Lab Planner. With expertise in clinical lab planning and design, Kristy is an experienced addition to the Array team. Her work can be found locally and nationally, from Nationwide Children’s Hospital (OH) to ProMedica (OH) to Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (TN) to Johns Hopkins Health System (MD).
Integrating the technical aspects of efficiencies in hospital lab planning with strategic planning is where Kristy excels. Optimizing resources is critical across the support value stream in today’s reimbursement model. Kristy is a valuable resource on laboratory renovation or expansion projects where clients need to leverage existing laboratory resources.
From involvement in detailed design 3P (Production, Preparation, Process) work sessions to system-wide master plans, Kristy brings her expertise to empower end-users to evaluate their workflow and find opportunities for improvement. “Hospitals trust us to deliver departments with efficient task flows and functioning facilities.
