Challenge
Following a merger/acquisition of two hospitals located in the Cincinnati metropolitan area, St. Elizabeth’s Healthcare engaged Array to upgrade several of their Centers of Excellence to include evidence-based design and hospitality elements.
Solution
To extend brand recognition, we recommended that an existing exterior canopy replaced by a new canopy with enhanced signage and a healing garden. Interior renovations included 10 infusion holding bays, two private infusion rooms, toilets, nurses station, med room, five exam rooms, registration office, nurse and physician offices and associated spaces.
Result
Each facility where upgrades were done has seen increased volume and improved patient satisfaction scores.
