Tower Health’s Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department is a growing program within the Tower Health Medical Group. The client looked to create brand new, state-of-the-art destination for aesthetic and plastic surgery services. Their vision is to offer personalized treatment options to help each patient realize their ideal self. Their goal is to be recognized as a highly desirable destination for both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic and reconstructive services. They were committed to creating a welcoming and discreet care setting that inspires confidence.
Solution
Array Architects worked closely with the Clinical practice leaders to process map program, flow and experience which informed the design. Upon entering the new facility, the design team created a compelling backdrop for a warm and welcoming first impression which serves to calm and reassure patients for both surgical and aesthetic treatments. Patient amenities include hospitality features and access to retail skin and wellness products which are beautifully displayed. Care was taken to ensure the patient has a first-class rejuvenating experience from the time they enter the facility, to the time they exit through a private patient discharge lounge. Exam spaces allow for patient comfort and privacy as well as space for specialty treatments.
Result
The facility offers personalized treatment options in a tranquil and modern, light-filled space offering the latest in both reconstructive and aesthetic treatments.
