Challenge
To expand reach and provide their superior care outside of New York City, Columbia University Medical Center needed to upgrade their medical practice in Tarrytown, NY – an NYC suburb.
Solution
Array phased their renovation to accommodate the active and growing practice. A layout to encourage physician collaboration across specialties and one easy to navigate for patients was created, and includes outpatient diagnostic imaging, radiology services and stress testing. An adjacent, and integrated physical therapy space was also renovated to bring the area in alignment with New York Presbyterian’s standards.
Result
Expanded imaging and testing opportunities, as well as a layout and aesthetic more conducive to patient satisfaction, allowed the System to expand their services successfully into the Tarrytown cachement area.
