To increase convenience and access to care, Array was engaged to fast-track the core and shell design of a new office park medical office building.
Solution
A two-story space with primary and specialty care group as well as orthopedic, pediatric and specialty physical therapy gyms.
Result
In a competitive healthcare region, with good care available both locally and regionally, Array needed to provide an experienced provider with a building designed with appropriately-sized departments and optimized for workflow efficiencies.
