Jay has design and project coordination expertise in all areas of the industry and across in- and outpatient Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. His technical focus ensures a proper coordination between building engineering elements, the established building program and the aesthetic goals of the institution. Jay works as a Project Architect, closely examining and fulfilling client design needs, coordinating efforts with consultants, and ensuring the proper development of documents.
