Philadelphia, PA – Healthcare Design Magazine has named Array’s Director, Continuous Improvement Laura Silvoy among their 2020 Rising Stars. The honor celebrates individuals who have been involved in healthcare design for 10 years or less and are already on track to become the industry’s next great leaders.

A healthcare systems engineer, Silvoy is focused on helping health systems improve operational efficiency and reduce the cost of care drawing on data, decision-making and data visualization tools. Her work has helped systems plan strategically and save millions of dollars by improving their workflows or design frameworks. Within Array, Silvoy has spearheaded a lean practitioner course, developed dashboards for leaders to quickly decode current company conditions, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Outside the office, she is a speaker and subject matter expert, sharing her knowledge of simulation modeling, process-led design and process improvement.
