Elizabeth Schmitt, healthcare planner, is one of 2024’s rising stars – according to Healthcare Design magazine. Earning her spot among the 12 honorees, Schmitt’s accomplishments at Array Architects preceding the nomination period included planning an award-winning behavioral health project, mentoring support staff as lead planner on several projects, developing a ‘Planning 101’ course for junior designers and planners, and earning her position as a go-to resource for behavioral health design.
