Array announced today the hire of David Martin, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, as Regional Vice President, Southeast. Martin brings to the role 29 years’ experience leading and managing complex healthcare projects.
“David’s extensive experience and proven leadership in healthcare design will be key as we continue to expand our footprint in the Southeast,” says Noah Tolson, Array Architects President. “His deep knowledge of the region and commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver innovative, business-justified solutions to our clients. We’re confident that David will be a driving force behind our growth and continued success in this dynamic market.”
Martin’s arrival aligns with Array’s considerable growth in the southeast. In 2022, the firm opened its Charleston branch and added Practice Leader of Planning Lindsey Stang to the region’s team. Owing to the team’s design ethos and forward-thinking approach, the firm’s local client list has grown to include some of the most recognized health systems, including MUSC Health, McLeod Health, UNC Health Nash, and Northside Hospital. Array’s newly formed Charlotte office will support that growing body of work while providing capacity for more staff and projects.
Martin brings three decades of experience in healthcare planning and design coordination to his new role. He has worked on projects nationwide of all scales and complexity, including regional academic medical centers, hospitals, ambulatory facilities, and master plans for both acute and ambulatory settings.
