Array Architects is pleased to announce that Negin Marrs has joined the firm as a Studio Director in Philadelphia. Marrs brings more than fifteen years of architectural and design leadership experience, with a portfolio of nearly two million square feet of healthcare and institutional work across the region.

Marrs has led multidisciplinary teams on major healthcare projects serving varied patient populations and clinical services, including new ground-up facilities and complex renovations. Her experience spans all phases of delivery, from fit out and core and shell planning and design through regulatory approvals and into construction administration Her work includes large-scale project delivery engagements for leading health systems such as Jefferson Health, UPMC and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is known for guiding diverse stakeholder groups, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring design intent is upheld through execution.

She joins Caitlin DiMarzio and Rich Killeen in leading Array’s Philadelphia studio, a collaborative leadership team guiding strategic growth and strengthening client partnerships across the region.
