Array Architects is pleased to announce the promotion of Caitlin DiMarzio, AIA, LEED AP, to Studio Director in the firm’s Philadelphia office. With more than fifteen years of experience in healthcare design, DiMarzio has built a trusted reputation for guiding complex projects with clarity, calm leadership and a collaborative approach.

DiMarzio’s portfolio spans imaging department fitouts, cancer treatment center renovations, ambulatory facilities and major outpatient developments completed for regional and national health systems. Her recent work includes significant roles on projects for Jefferson Health, Penn Medicine, Temple Health, RWJBarnabas Health and Nemours Children’s Hospital. She is known for her ability to organize teams, maintain alignment among diverse stakeholders and lead with steady, solutions-focused guidance.
In her previous role as a Health Sciences Practice Leader, DiMarzio guided multidisciplinary project teams across all phases of design and construction. Her work reflects a consistent commitment to quality, evidence-based design principles and environments that improve the patient and caregiver experience. She is also recognized for mentoring emerging staff and supporting teams with clarity and confidence.

As Studio Director, DiMarzio will support project delivery, staff development and strategic growth within the region. She joins Rich Killeen and Negin Marrs in leading Array’s Philadelphia studio, a strengthened leadership team dedicated to guiding impactful design work, supporting project teams and deepening client partnerships across the region.
