Array Appoints 3 Presidents as Integrated Practice Scales

Array Architects, one of the top-ranking healthcare architecture firms in the country, announced today the appointment of three presidents to lead each of the firm’s service areas: Architects, Advisors and Analytics. The appointments mark a natural evolution for the firm, positioning it to accommodate client demand for the integrated practice on which clients have come to rely.

Noah Tolson, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Lean Green Belt, has been appointed President of Array Architects. Tolson has pioneered Array’s unique approach to capital projects. In an industry where efficiency and lean practices have become critical to success, Tolson offers a track record of designing projects that maximize operational performance, resulting in improved value for Array’s clients.

Jonathan Bykowski, RA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has been appointed President of Array Advisors. Bykowski has built Array’s advisory team into a critical resource for transforming leading health systems across the US, enhanced the process improvement system at Array and created a robust framework for tailoring each project approach to client needs.

Fady Barmada, MBA, RA, LEED AP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, has been appointed President of Array Analytics. Barmada brings a wide range of healthcare consulting and design experience to his role and is the co-founder of Pivotal, a claims-based healthcare business planning platform.

Through the integration of dynamic strategic planning, solutions for operational excellence, and process-led, inspired design, Array’s presidents will align the firm to continue serving as a comprehensive resource for health systems to plan, improve, analyze and design their facilities.

“Noah, Jonathan and Fady have each demonstrated an ability to lead by action with a strong strategic, tactical, and business focus.” Array’s CEO Carl Davis said. “The Board of Directors is very confident that their vision, in tandem with the support and tenacity of our newly-structured senior leadership team, will build on the firm’s 36 years of success and enable a new level of integration and innovation at Array.”

Alongside the appointment of Array’s three presidents, the firm also announced the following promotions within the senior leadership team:

  • Chief Operating Officer: Tim Nichols
  • Senior Regional Vice President, Mid-Atlantic: Kent Doss
