New York, NY — Array Architects announced today the promotion of Michael Glogowski to Studio Director in their New York City office. Glogowski joins Dennis Robert as a NY Studio Director.
“Michael’s promotion to Studio Director is well deserved and comes as a result of his passion and drive to deliver successful projects for his clients. He has gained the respect and admiration of his clients and peers with his tireless focus on addressing his client’s most pressing needs and supporting his project teams through servant leadership,” Array CEO Carl Davis said.
Glogowski’s experience includes projects for some of the largest healthcare systems in the New York City area, including Veterans Affairs Medical Centers throughout the five boroughs, Mount Sinai Health System and NYC Health + Hospitals. His expertise runs the gamut across all healthcare service lines. He has helped lead clients through highly complex and impactful initiatives, including expanding emergency departments, increasing diagnostic imaging capabilities, establishing complex imaging suites, and improving workflow in central sterile processing departments.
“It is an honor to work in tandem with Michael. He is adept at managing projects, exceeding client expectations, and supporting the staff who get it all done. As we innovate, expand and lead at Array, I am confident that Michael will continue his great work and excel as a studio director,” Co-Studio Director Dennis Robert said.
Training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing are eminent components of Glogowski’s professional approach in the workplace. He deploys his expertise to help Array’s new engagement managers support healthcare projects in an efficient, timely and well-documented fashion. Whether he’s training staff to use mobile apps in the contract administration process, helping to employ collaborative technology in the design process, or mentoring junior staff, Glogowski’s technical and personal skills are an ideal fit for his new role.
