About

With over 15 years of architectural experience and a strong focus on healthcare design, Caitlin has led complex projects ranging from imaging department fitouts and cancer treatment center renovations to large-scale outpatient facilities. Most recently serving as Health Sciences Practice Leader for a major A&E firm, she combines deep technical knowledge with a collaborative leadership style. At Array, Caitlin will leverage her ability to deftly manage teams and successfully guide projects across all phases of design and construction in support of creating exceptional environments for patient care.
