Kristy Venrick

Director, Laboratory Planning

With her diverse background in architecture, construction and also owning several businesses, Kristy brings a unique perspective of looking at a project from many sides, including considering the most cost effective solutions and best return on investment. Kristy’s depth of experience is in operational planning across several types of laboratories, including clinical and research, as well as pharmacies. She is also passionate about logistics and process-driven design to achieve the most optimized outcomes. This includes all support spaces within healthcare such as pharmacies and the entire supply chain.

When not streamlining departments and facilities, Kristy may be found helping manage her small business with her husband or in a random city, perhaps even singing.
