Jonathan Wilch

LEED AP Principal & Regional Vice President, Midwest

During his 24 years in the industry, Jonathan has gained experience in design, construction, owner’s representation, and program management for a wide range of healthcare and health sciences projects. His varied expertise provides a multidimensional perspective that is crucial to the success of healthcare capital projects. As Array’s Vice President, Midwest Region, Jonathan develops, leads, and executes the growth strategy that Array envisions in the region. Jonathan is guided by an understanding that every project is an opportunity to realize a future that healthcare providers once found unachievable. He has led projects of all sizes from renovations to replacement hospitals, and also specializes in laboratories, pediatric design, and cancer design.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys following his kids activities, photography, golf, and bike riding (both road and mountain). He regularly organizes teams and participates in Pelotonia – a ride to raise money for the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.
