Life at Array

Our core mission is the same as that of our clients: improve the quality of our work, increase our efficiency, and motivate our staff to reach for success. At Array, we are establishing a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of our organization. We seek to empower team members to be agents for positive change.

Volunteering their time and expertise, Array team members have been jurors for the American Institute of Architects/Academy of Architecture for Health Design awards, exam graders for the NCIDQ Examination, and presenters at various workshops and conferences. Array is also the lead architectural firm on Connecting CAPA to the Avenue of the Arts, a volunteer collaborative project to transform CAPA’s open space into a community-gathering place on the Avenue of the Arts in Philadelphia.

Our dedication to continuous learning and knowledge sharing is why we encourage thought leaders to share their experiences and wisdom with our Knowledge Community. From CEOs and architectural designers to interiors and communications, these leaders always have something invaluable to teach us.

Our offices create meaningful impacts by channeling our team’s diverse interests into various team-builders, from bi-weekly firm-wide luncheons and discussions to internal design competitions; from happy hours and karaoke to holiday parties. We cultivate a community that thrives on fun and creativity while spurring collaboration and innovative thinking.
