Waiting Areas | Montefiore Hutch Ambulatory Care CenterAs Array mapped the touchpoints of the ambulatory center's various waiting spaces, clear wayfinding and clustered, intimate seating arrangements were studied at length. To lessen the stress and anxiety of arriving for a procedure, as well as waiting for a loved one during the procedure and recovery, we express directions and check-in locations clearly and beautifully. Our waiting spaces are arranged with comfort and quiet conversations in mind - with natural lighting, soothing artwork, a variety of seating options to choose from and amenities such as power outlets, charging stations, wifi and nourishment.
CHoNY Opens New Array Designed Pediatric Intensive Care UnitWith the goal of providing more private rooms for their pediatric intensive care patients and families, New York Presbyterian-Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, Columbia Medical Center engaged Array to design a contemporary PICU with adequate space, services and controls to accommodate the full care team at the patient bedside and immediately outside the room. Families are welcomed at the bedside to be true partners in their child’s care. Modern amenities within the family zone include daybeds, family storage, refreshment refrigerators and flat screens for education and entertainment.
