Challenge
Nemours sought a design team who would embrace the tenets of Integrated Project Delivery and work with them to reach beyond the boundaries of their inpatient campus to meet the demand for outpatient services outside their cachement area.
Solution
A lean-led process exploration brought consensus to divergent users and provided unanimous agreement on clinic layout, imaging integration and surgical flow.
Results
Center provides family-focused, multi-specialty physician practices in a location convenient to southern New Jersey patients.
