About

Carl Davis, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, has more than 40 years’ experience in various roles and industries. Throughout his career, Carl has held various positions in numerous industries. He has led a financial management software development department inside the Department of Defense, where he was responsible for worldwide implementations; he founded and managed a firm that developed, built and managed over $150 million of real estate, and has served as CFO of several successful professional service firms, some of which he founded.

Carl currently serves as CEO of the largest healthcare-exclusive design firm in the country. He has taken a small, one-office healthcare design practice and built it into an eight-office firm with a national reputation for providing differentiating value for its clients. Under his leadership, Array Architects has expanded to provide transformation and real estate strategy consulting services for the healthcare industry. With Carl providing the necessary leadership and vision, Array Architects’ technology division, Array Analytics, is developing a GIS-enabled SaaS platform to support healthcare systems’ strategic and facility planning, and facility management.
